Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data ADP GI Ltd collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the rights you have. We take your privacy seriously and keep the data we hold to the minimum we need.

Who we are

ADP GI Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at:

Firing Close Farm, Wickwar, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire GL12 8PE
Tel: 01454 227 115
Email: info@adpgroupltd.com

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

  • When you complete our enquiry form: your name, your company (if you provide it), your email address, your phone number (if you provide it), and the details of your enquiry.
  • Standard technical information your browser sends when visiting any website (such as your IP address and the pages you view), which our hosting provider records in routine server logs to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it, and our legal basis

We use the details you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in dealing with people who contact us and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business - in particular our website host and form provider, Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), which processes and delivers your enquiry to us. Such providers act on our instructions and are required to protect your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to understand how our website is used - such as how many people visit and which pages are most popular. It measures this in aggregate only: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites. The data is processed within the EU.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. The one exception is our Contact page, which embeds an interactive Google Map - Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. You can control or block cookies at any time in your browser settings; Google's own privacy policy explains how they use data.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
